Shipping conditions to Israel have recently improved as the situation in the Middle East has eased.
The waiting time for available flights is now significantly shorter. Instead of delays of over 20 days, most shipments currently wait approximately 5–6 days for flight arrangements before departure.
However, please note that the situation remains unstable. If conditions in the region worsen again, flight availability may be reduced, and delays could increase accordingly.

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, international logistics to Israel are currently experiencing significant disruptions. Flight capacity remains extremely limited, which has greatly impacted delivery times.
The main international gateway, Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv), is operating under restricted conditions, with only a small number of flights allowed each day. As a result, parcels may experience extended waiting times before departure.
Delivery Time Expectations

- 📦 Prolonged “in transit” status without updates
- ✈️ Waiting time for available flight space before departure
Some recent shipments have already been delayed for 24+ days without tracking updates and are still showing as delayed.
Why Are There Delays?
- Extremely limited number of cargo and passenger flights
- Airspace restrictions and safety concerns
- Airlines prioritizing emergency and essential transport
- Backlog of parcels waiting for available flights
Order Processing Notice
- Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible once released by the platform or system
- Some orders may be temporarily held due to logistics risks
- Once released, we prioritize immediate handling and shipment
Refund & Cancellation Policy (Important)
Please carefully review the following before placing your order:
- ❗ Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for refund requests due to shipping delays
- ❗ Refunds will only be issued if:
- The parcel is officially confirmed as lost, or
- The parcel is returned back to the seller
Due to the situation, delays are unavoidable and outside our control. Please make sure you fully understand and accept this policy before placing an order.
